Triathlon 122

Triathlon (255) :
A triathlon typically consists of three disciplines: swimming, cycling, and running. The number "255" could be a specific identifier for the event or could relate to the total distance in a custom format. Assuming it's an event identifier, here is a general breakdown of a short-distance (sprint) triathlon:

Swim: 0.75 km (750 meters)
Bike: 20 km
Run: 5 km

Duathlon (250) :
A duathlon consists of two disciplines: running and cycling, performed in three segments (run, bike, run). The number "250" could similarly be an event identifier or related to total distance in a custom format. A common short-distance duathlon might look like this:

Run 1: 5 km
Bike: 20 km

8.00 am
Preparation

Participants do not join a marathon to win. More important for most is their personal finish time and their placement within their gender and age.

9.00 am
Global meet up

Strategies for completing a race include staying together the whole distance or breaking away. Average time is 4 hours 32 minutes.

10.00 am
Group meet up

A goal many cyclists aim for is to break certain time barriers. First-timers often try to get to the finish line in under 4 hours.

Marathon
route

We would like to introduce one of the tracks that will be available for the race in High Village Park. It’s twenty miles of hard-to-reach forests, rocky cliffs and mountain rivers. All athletes must meet all the requirements of the Event’s sanctioning body (e.g., including but not limited to the sanctioning body’s licensing).
