By registering for the race\, the participant affirms that they are in good physical and mental health and gives permission for the race organizers to use the participant’s information\, as well as any photos or films they may capture\, to promote future events. \n2. Infractions of the rules\, accidents\, illnesses\, medical emergencies\, bike crashes\, bike repairs\, and other unforeseen events are all the responsibility of the Rider / Participant.
